| 摘 要： | 我国建设领域信用体系的建立和完善,将极大地推动建筑市场规范有序.在市场激烈的竞争中,建筑业企业的信用管理在企业经营中的核心作用尤显重要.运用现代经济学的有关理论,分析了当前建筑业信用缺失的原因和影响建筑业企业信用行为的两种管理制度的作用,总结出建筑业企业信用行为特征,在此基础上提出了建筑业企业信用行为模式.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the cause of credit deficiency in present construction industry and the function of two management systems that influence the construction enterprises' behavior.It discusses the characteristics of construction enterprises' credit behavior.Based on the research,it puts forward a pattern of credit behavior of construction enterprises. |
