| 摘 要： | 随着知识经济的发展,中国现行的高校教师管理制度已成为制约高等教育事业发展的瓶颈,高校教师管理制度改革迫在眉睫.目前,我国高等学校教师管理工作应着重加强以下几方面:形成教师本位观念,确立教师主体地位;改革教师权利救济机制;依法保障契约式的高校教师管理机制;充分发挥教师社团组织的管理功能.

| Abstract: | With the development of intellectual economy,the Chinese current system of teachers management in universities has been an obstacle to the development of higher education in China;the innovation of the system of teachers management in universities is extremely urgent.It is very necessary to establish the leading position of teachers in operating the university,to reform the system of remedy for teacher's rights,to protect contractual mechanisms of teacher management in universities and fully play the teachers commonalties' functions. |
