区域金融发展水平与技术创新能力关系的实证研究——来自陕西省的数据

在我国由于区域经济发展水平不同，金融发展与技术创新之间的关系存在较大的地域差异性。本文选取陕西省1991-2011年的数据，通过计算样本期内各年金融相关率以及基于DEA的Malmuquist生产率模型测算技术进步指数，对金融发展和技术创新之间的关系进行实证检验。结果表明陕西省金融发展水平和技术创新能力并不存在Granger因果关系，没有实现如西方市场国家那样两者的良性互动关系，金融本身的发展并未构成技术创新发展必要的基础条件，金融发展对技术创新的渗透力、影响力与推动力有待加强。

Relationship between regional financial development level and technological innovation ability of the empirical research -- data from shaanxi province

Due to the different regional economic development level in our country, there exist large regional differences in the relationship between financial development and technology innovation. This article selects the data in shaanxi province from 1991 to 2011 and tests empirically about the relationship between financial development and technology innovation by calculating the sample period years financial related rate and Malmuquist productivity model based on DEA to measure technological progress index. Results showed that there is no Granger causality in the shaanxi financial development level and technical innovation ability and the benign interaction relations does not implement as western markets do. The development of finance itself does not constitute the basic conditions necessary for the technology innovation, and the influence of financial development on penetration, influence and driving force of the technological innovation needs to be strengthened.
