| 摘 要： | 本文从文化的角度论述了气候风土、民族文化、社会体制改革和传统文化变革分别对技术器物创新、技术制度创新和技术观念更新的作用和影响,对欧美和日本的相关因素进行了比较分析,并结合我国技术创新的具体实践,提出了自己的一些看法.

| Abstract: | From the aspect of culture,the paper mainly discusses the roles and effects of natural environment,national cultures and the reformations in social systems and traditional cultures on technological product innovations,technological system innovations and technological conception evolutions respectively. Comparing and analyzing the relevant factors of the Occident and Japan,the auther presents some of his opinions combining the specific practices in technological innovations of our country. |
