中国西部女性人力资源开发战略及其对策研究

摘    要:女性约占西部地区总人口的一半,西部女性人力资源开发在西部大开发中具有重要的战略意义.但由于诸多历史和现实的原因,西部女性人力资源开发较为薄弱.本文着重分析了西部女性人才培养中存在的问题及其形成原因,并提出了相关的对策和建议,希望以此进一步促进我国西部开发战略目标的实现.

Abstract:The west development strategy is the most important decision of economic and social development in our country. It's a remarkable characteristic in the 21st century that human resources become the most important strategic resources of economic and social development in country. So the key to realize the target of the west development is the cultivation of human resources. However, because of historical and social reasons, the development of female human resources in the west is not enough. The essay analyses the problems and reasons in the cultivation of female talents in the west, and makes some suggestions and countermeasures to promote the realization of the target of the west development stratagy.
