文化进化论与文化相对论作为人类理解自身文化的两种前提性思维,它实际上反映着人类对人类自身和人类存在的不同理解.文化相对论坚持了人是多元的存在而失却了人的发展本质,最终落入文化保守主义;文化进化论则坚持了人是发展的存在而失却了人类多元的存在事实,以致于成为文化霸权主义和文化殖民主义的根据.但人的"自由的自觉的活动"的本质体现的人类不断超越现实的存在以及今天人类全球化的历史进程决定了我们对正义的文化进化论的信仰.

The Evolvement of Justice:the Present Fate of the Human Culture-The Paradox between Cultural Evolutionism and Cultural Relativity and it's Condition in the Present Age

As two prerequisite thinking upon which the humanity bases to understand his own culture, cultural evolutionism and relativity, in fact, reflect humanity's different interpretation of himself and his existence. On the one hand, cultural relativity insists humanity's plural living but loses its developmental nature and as a result falls into the cultural conservatism. On the other hand, cultural evolutionism adheres to the existence of human development but ignores the fact of plural living of human being and consequently becomes the theoretical grounds of cultural hegemonism and colonialism. However, the fact that humanity continuously transcends the existence of actuality, which is reflected by human's"free and conscious action" nature as well as the historical course of human globalization today have determined our faith in the justice of cultural evolutionism.
