近现代中国儒学地位与社会转型的思考

儒学,作为中国传统社会的主流文化,沿存于中国封建社会两千余年.自近代,由于西方强势文化的冲击及社会政治的变迁而退居边缘.但改革开放以后,儒学又重新复苏,不仅回到学术界、理论界,而且吸引着众多国家的学者和社会人士的目光.由此,儒学在当代中国及社会发展中的地位作用问题也愈加显得重要起来,诚然,这个问题更多的是社会实践层面的问题.但作为学者,从理性的角度回顾近代以来儒学在中国地位的变迁,参照东亚模式各国社会转型与儒学转型的关系,总结经验教训,对于增强自觉的文化意识大有益处.

Reflections on the Position of Modern and Near- modern Chinese Confucianism and Social Transformation

Confucianism, as the mainstream culture in traditional Chinese society for over 2000 years, is now undergoing revival since the reform and opening - up and since Western cultural shock has become increasingly weak. It has attracted the attention of academic circles, theoretical circles and scholars from many countries. The position of Confucianism , more of a problem at the level of practice, is now becoming more and more prominent in contemporary China and its social development. A scholarly and rational retrospect of its development will certainly contribute to the study of social transformation and the shift of focus in Confucian studies as well as the enhancing of cultural consciousness.
