| 摘 要： | 文章首先介绍了房地产投资信托的基本概念和分类,然后阐述了它在中美两国的发展概况,分析了中美两国房地产投资信托产品在资金来源、规模和期限、组织构架、产品托管制度和法律制度等方面的异同,进而指出了美国房地产投资信托的运作模式对我国的借鉴和启示。

| Abstract: | The thesis first gives an introduction to the basic concept and classification of real estate investment trusts,and then elaborates the development both in China and in America in the aspects of sources of funds,scales,deadlines,organizational structures,product trusteeship systems and legal systems.In addition,this paper tries to throw some light on the real estate investment trust operation model of China by summing up the useful American experience. |
