高校特困生心理特征分析及思想工作探索

随着改革开放的进一步深入发展、社会主义市场经济体制的逐步建立,我国高等教育已由"两包"(即国家包学费、包分配)转变为"两自"(即自费上学、自主择业),高校中出现了许多的家庭经济困难的学生,特困生的比例呈上升趋势.作为高校思想政治工作者,应针对特困生不同的家庭背景,分析其心理特征,探索高校特困生思想工作的新方法和手段.

The Analysis of Students' Mental Characteristics in Poverty in Colleges and Universities

With the further development of reform and gradual foundation of socialism market economic mechanism,our higher education carried out the new regulation that scholars and students at one's own expenses are treated equally,that is to say,from tuition fee and job provided by state to by oneself. Thus more and more students feel hard to afford the fees,some are even in very difficult situations. The article explores the ways and means of moral education for those poverty students in colleges and universities by analyzing their different backgrounds and mental features.
