| 摘 要： | 核心期刊是评价学术论文质量的重要参考而不是论文评价标准,基于这一认识,普通高校学报应立足于自己的特色,与科研管理部门联系,共同制定出适合本校的论文评价标准,同时加强对核心期刊的宣传,引导作者理性投稿。

| Abstract: | Core periodicals are an important reference, but not the standard, of evaluating the quality of academic papers. This should be clearly understood by the journals of ordinary universities. Therefore, college journals should set up, together with the scientific management department, an evaluation standard for academic papers, which is specifically suitable for their universities. Meanwhile, the contributors should be properly informed about the characteristics of core periodicals in order to guide them to contribute their academic papers more rationally. |
