| 摘 要： | 肯尼迪政府确立了支持英国加入欧洲共同体的政策。肯尼迪政府的政策具有明显的双重性，既支持英国加入欧洲共同体，又对英国的加入提出了条件。政策的双重性源于美英两国战略的差异。这一双重性的政策具有明显的过渡性，标志着美国的欧洲一体化政策由“支持欧洲大陆一体化”转向“支持大西洋联盟框架内的一体化”，由“相对无条件支持”转向“有条件支持”，政策反映了美国对欧洲一体化政策的趋向。

| Abstract: | Kennedy Administration decided to support UK to enter EEC.This policy had dualism.It supported UK to enter Iceland it put forward conditions,the dualism resulted from the differences of the strategy between US and UK.This policy had transitional character,which symbolized American policy developed to the Atlantic frame,the American policy to the European integration turned from support without condition to support with condition,and it reflected the trend of American policy to the European integration. |
