| 摘 要： | 创新教育是以培养人的创新精神和创造能力为基本价值取向的教育,它包括创新观念、创新思维、创新精神和创新实践四个方面的内容。高师院校进行人才培养模式创新,即建立“学科专业教育 教师专业教育”的培养模式,是创新教育的重要方面,也是基础教育改革的客观要求。新模式下的人才培养特别要做好学生专业知识更新和教学行为转变两方面工作。

| Abstract: | Innovative education is a form of education,which bases on the value of cultivating the innovative spirit and creative abilities of people.It includes four aspects: innovative sense;innovative thought;innovative spirit and innovative practice.The innovation of the cultivable mode of the talent in normal universitves(i.e.,to build the cultivable mode of "the education of specialized courses the education of the professional teaching") is both the key part of innovative education,and the objective requirement of the reform of the basic education.We have to mainly achieve two goals of talent cultivation under the new cultivable mode of talent: to renew the professional knowledge to students,and to change their teaching behavior. |
