| 摘 要： | 本文系统论述了人在科学发展观中的地位与作用。通过论述科学发展观的理论内涵,进而系统阐述了人在科学发展观中的地位,即人是检验科学发展观的最高标准,人的发展是经济社会发展的终极目标。同时也全面阐述了人在科学发展观中的作用,即人是发展的核心动力,人是发展的第一资源,"人才强国"战略是发展的根本战略。
