| 摘 要： | 失能老人的照护问题给家人尤其是女性照顾者造成了压力与负担,照顾者会运用不同的因应方法,包括寻求正式与非正式资源的协助缓解压力。本文试图从压力与因应之间的相互关系探讨女性照顾者所处的特殊地位及需要的社会支持。
