| 摘 要： | 加强思想政治工作对新时期大学生的培养起着重要作用,而政治辅导员的思想政治教育工作是高校学生思想政治工作的主要形式之一。本文分析了我校辅导员思想政治教育工作的现状和存在的问题,并就如何解决这些问题提出了若干设想。
