浅谈社会工作实验室的建设与利用——以安徽某高校为例

社会工作专业作为一门强调实务与操作的应用性学科,对实验室的建设有其特殊的要求,并非常注重实验室的利用。学生在实验室教学中不断进行角色扮演,分享交流,以便掌握社会工作的专业方法与技巧。实验室的利用不应仅局限于日常教学,也应充分发挥它为社会提供服务的能力。但目前我国的社会工作实验室建设与利用方面也存在着一些缺陷与不足,需要加大建设的力度和提高使用效率。

Talking about the Construction and Utilization of Social Work Laboratory

The social work specialty acts as an applied subject who puts emphasis on practice and operation.It has special requirements on the construction of the laboratory, and pays much attention to its utilization. Students constantly do role-playing and share exchanging during the laboratory teaching, in order to grasp the professional methods and skills of the social work. Naturally, we could not only confine the laboratories useless to daily teaching,but also give full play to its ability to serve the society.But nowadays there exist some defects and insufficiencies in the construction and utilization of the social work laboratory in our country.They call for reinforcement on the power of construction and efficiencies of utilizing.
