| 摘 要： | 文章根据产品平台理论及其绩效评价的有关成果,采用平衡记分卡绩效评价方法,在考虑产品平台的社会生态效益的基础上,提出了适合评价产品平台绩效的加强型产品平台平衡记分卡方法,从经济效益、社会生态效益、客户、技术性能、学习与创新、运营管理六个方面构建了产品平台绩效评价体系,通过运用层次分析法确定指标权重,使用加权模糊逻辑推理法推算绩效,获得了产品平台绩效的综合性战略评价。
