精英教育模式的历史地位与现实意义

摘    要:高等教育进入大众化时代,"精英教育"不仅存在,而且必将进一步引起重视。该文通过对高等教育精英、大众和普及三阶段的比较研究,指出精英教育阶段与精英教育模式的区别所在,进而论证在大众化背景下实行精英教育模式的历史地位和现实意义。

Abstract:In this era when higher education has been popularized,elite education not only has its point to exist,but also should be attached more importance to.Based on a comparative study on the three phases of higher education,with elite-targeted stage,mass-oriented stage and the stage of popularization involved,this article points out the distinction between phases of elite education and modes of elite education,and further demonstrates the historical status and realistic significance of the implementation of modes of elite education in the background of higher education massification.higher education;phase theory;modes of elite education
