| 摘 要： | 采用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)分析了川芎和当归中的挥发油成分,并对两种药材中挥发油组成的种类和含量的差异做了比较。川芎和当归中挥发油得率分别为0.22%和0.10%,24种主要的挥发油成分得到了鉴定;川芎和当归中最主要的挥发油均为内酯类化合物,但川芎中挥发油成分的种类和含量明显多于当归。这一研究结果为研究川芎和当归药理作用的异同提供了化学基础。

| Abstract: | The volatile oils in Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), and the class and content of the volatile oils in the two medicinal materials were compared. The yields of volatile oil were 0.22% and 0.10% for Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis, respectively, and 24 kinds of volatile oils were identified. The most volatile oil are lactones both in Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis, but the class and content of volatile oils in Ligusticum chuanxiong is much than in Angelica sinensis. This results can provide a chemical groundwork for researching the differences and homologies of Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis in pharmacological actions. |
