山东省新农村建设中发挥农民主体作用问题研究

在新农村建设中,农民是建设者、管理者和直接受益者,也是新农村建设的力量源泉。山东省是农业大省,也是农民大省。近年来,山东省在发挥农民主体作用方面创造了很多好的经验。但是由于受众多农民自身因素和社会因素的制约,其主体作用尚未充分发挥出来。因此,要采取措施,充分调动广大农民的积极性、主动性、创造性,使其成为新农村建设的真正主体。

Research on Ways for Farmers to Play Subject Function in New Rural Construction in Shandong Province

Farmers are not only builders,managers and direct beneficiaries in new countryside construction but are sources of strength for rural construction.Shandong is both a major agricultural province and farmers province.Despite a lot of good experiences Shandong has created in mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers,the subject function of farmers has not fully developed due to factors of farmers themselves and social factor.Therefore,we must take measures to fully mobilize the enthusiasm,imitative and creativity of farmers and enable them to become the real subject in new rural construction.
