| 摘 要： | 在城市化进程中,农民的土地权益受到侵害,失地农民的基本生活得不到保障。文章分析了农民土地权益的内涵,并从我国农村土地立法的缺陷着手,分析了农民土地权益缺失的原因,从制度创新的角度提出了构建我国农民土地权益保障机制的措施和建议。

| Abstract: | During urbanization,the peasants' land fights were injured,and the life of the peasants who lose land can't be guaranteed.The author analyzed the reason that makes the peasants land fights injured from the defect of our land legislation.At the same time,I gave my own views about the way to set up the safe guarding mechanism of peasants land rights. |
