| 摘 要： | 当前,服务地方经济发展已成为地方高校的紧迫的主要工作任务之一,如何引导教师队伍通过创造性的劳动服务地方经济发展目标,对管理者来说是一挑战。因此教师管理的理念必须从人事管理转向人力资源管理,教师管理的方式必须从刚性转向柔性,教师管理的主要内容必须从管理转向服务教师成长,这就要求教师管理的策略必须大力转变。
