| 摘 要： | 我国高等学校的根本任务是把广大学生培养成有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人.为此,必须正确运用激励机制,最大限度地激发学生的成才意识.通过对激励机制类型的分析,可以看到它在大学生教育管理中的应用.
