三倍体食用蕉大孢子败育的胚胎学研究

摘    要:通过对三倍体食用蕉(ABB、AAA类)大孢子及胚囊发育过程的观察,了解其胚囊发生和发育过程。结果发现其胚囊发育类型属蓼型,于各个不同的发育阶段出现下列异常现象:(1)大孢子母细胞经过减数分裂后,仅具三个大孢子;(2)功能大孢子的细胞核解体;(3)在雌配子体发生时,各次细胞核分开均有细胞核解体;(4)胚囊解体后,产生多核胞体。这些都是导致胚囊败育的原因。此外,还讨论了出现不定胚的现象。

EMBRYOLOGICAL STUDIES OF MEGASPORE ABORTION OF EATING TRIPLOID BANANA

Abstract:The present paper deals with the development process of the megaspore and the embryo sac of the eating triploid banana. The results are summarized as follows:The type of embryo sac is Polygnum type,and everyway of the development process appears abortion. Such as: 1] After the meicosis,the megaspore mother cell only formed three megaspores. (2) The nucleus of functional megaspor disintegrated. (3) During the female gametophyte development,there has nucleus disintegrated in all meiotie mitosises. (4) After the cmbryo sac disintegrated, it appears more-nuclei syncytium. The phenomenons mentioned above resulted in the disintegration of the embryosac. The phenomenon of the addventitious embryo has also been discussed.
