| Abstract: | The small and medium-sized enterprises have made rapid progress since the 1990s. However, capital shortage has always been a bottle neck restricting the development of these enterprises, which have long been nagged by shartage of financial channel. One of the countermeasures against financial difficulty of these small and medicm-sized enterprises lies in that these enterprises should have their their eyes on their own internal environment, start with perfecting their own internal financial environment, establish a best financial strategy and all-sidedly improve their self-quality.Key wards: small and medium-sized enterprises; financing; internal environment; financing strategy |
