社会阶层结构变迁进程中老工业基地的振兴

改革开放以来,尤其是20世纪90年代以来,社会阶层结构变迁问题已成为学术界关注的热点问题和焦点问题,有见地、有深度的研究成果不断涌现。但从现有的研究成果来看,大多限于社会学领域,侧重于阶层的划分、收入差距和收入分化的研究。本文试图从我国社会阶层变迁对老工业振兴的积极作用进行了探讨,并提出了完善和优化辽宁社会阶层结构促进老工业基地的振兴与发展的对策和建议。

Revitalization of the Old Industrial Base in the Process of the Social Strata Structure Changes

Since the beginning of reform and opening to the outside world,especially since the 1990s in the 20th century,changes in the structure of social strata have become a hot issue and academic focus,with insightful and deep research results continuously emerging.However,the existing researches,mostly confined to the field of sociology,focus on the division of strata,the disparity of income and its gap.This paper attempts to explore the active role of the social strata changes in the revitalization of the old industrial base,and to offer the strategies and recommendations to revitalize the old industrial base by improving and optimizing the Liaoning's social strata structure.
