| Abstract: | A qualified English teacher should not only need broad and profound knowledge,but also possess firm basic training,speak English fluently,write properly and beautifully and use correctly the punctuation marks.In addition,he also needs to master certain class skills.The use of appropriate jokes and humors,imitation of gestures and postures and falsetto voice etc.can help activate students to take part in and develop teacher-student relationship,therefore ,to improve class teaching. |
