| 摘 要： | 明朝的贵州由于民族差异、战争频仍和财政困难等原因，对贵州地区的法律实施产生了一系列的影响，使得贵州法律实施中出现了几个较为突出的现象，比如对贵州土俗的承认、对贵州土官的法律优遇、以钱粮赎罪等等，这是由于贵州在明代的社会历史条件所决定的。

| Abstract: | In the Ming Dynasty the differences between ethnic groups,frequent wars and financial difficulty exerted impacts on the then law enforcement in Guizhou.Such features were outstanding,as the acceptance of local customs,preferential legal treatment to local leaders and atonement for crimes by means of money or grain. |
