摘    要:美国社会学家格兰诺维特等社会学者认为:人与人之间的关系可分为强关系和弱关系。强关系往往是同质群体内部的纽带,而弱关系则是不同群体之间的纽带。从信息与信息传递的角度来说,强关系是弱的,弱关系是强的;强关系之间存在的是人格化的家族信任,而弱关系的基础是非人格化的社会信任。所有这些观点,可以很好地用来解析家族制企业的创立与发展。在创立阶段应充分利用强关系,在发展阶段应紧紧抓住弱关系。

Relation Expansion and Clan Business's Sustainable Development
Abstract:Granovetter who is an American sociologist and other sociological scholars have thought the relation among people could be divided into strong connections and weak connections. Strong connections are often the links of the same groups, and weak connections are often the links of the different groups. According to the spread of information, strong ties are weak, but weak ties are strong. In the light of the trust of society, the clan trusts exit in strong connections, and the foundation of weak connection is impersonal trust of society. All these perspectives can be applied to explain well the building and development of the clan business. It should make use of strong connections at the time of its building, but it must hold tight weak connections fully on stage of its development.
