| 摘 要： | 美国主导的全球化遭到了西方部分反全球化学者的质疑和批判：美元成了美国维系其全球霸权的经济打手，浮动汇率制赋予了美国一种灵活有效的货币工具，石油美元维系着美元的霸权地位。反全球化学者对美元霸权进行的理论批判昭示我们：中国深度融人经济全球化，要维护好中国的国家利益；要警惕美元陷阱，构筑防范金融危机的防火墙；要认清美元霸权的现实危害；要培植国内金融生态，夯实人民币国际化所需要的必要基础；要相机加快人民币国际化的步伐。
