摘    要:研究了用偏最小二乘法(PLS)同近红外漫反射光谱结合,对西米替丁粉末药品进行快速定量分析的方法,建立了最佳的数学校正模型。讨论了波长间隔和主成分数对PLS定量预测能力的影响,预测了未知样品,结果令人满意。

Abstract:The application of PLS and near-infrared spectroscopy for Cimetidine power rapid quantitative analysis were investigated and the best mathematic calibration models were built. The effects of the interval of wavelength and the numbers of principal component on the prediction ability of PLS were discussed and the prediction set was predicted. The predicted results were reliable.
