| 摘 要： | 马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论具有丰富而深刻的内涵。人的全面发展理论是思想政治教育的理论基础 ,为加强和改进思想政治教育提供了行动指南。实现人的全面发展是思想政治教育的目的和归宿 ,二者具有相互支持、相互促进、共同发展的辩证关系。思想政治教育必须以人的全面发展理论为指导 ,增强其针对性和实效性。

| Abstract: | The theory of Marxism on man's overall development has abundant and deep intensions. It is the base of ideological and political education and provides the guidelines to enhance and improve it. Realizing man's overall development is the aims of ideological and political education. The two aspects not only support and promote each other,but also develop along together. With the guideline of man's overall development,we should make ideological and political education more effective. |
