| 摘 要： | 习语是各民族文化的精髓,因英汉习语之间存在着明显的文化差异,这就为习语的翻译带来很大的难度,因此,习语翻译一直是翻译中的难点之一。习语语用翻译的研究可以从语用语言等效和社交语用等效翻译角度出发,充分尊重语用翻译的基本原则,最大限度地达到中英习语翻译的等效。

| Abstract: | Idioms are the souls of each culture.There exist distinct cultural differences between English idioms and Chinese idioms,which puts difficulties in the translation of idioms.Therefore,the translation of idioms has been one of the difficult points of the translation all the times.In terms of pragmatic translation,the paper points out the principle of equivalent effect is the main principle followed in the translation of idioms,and discusses the pragmatic equivalence in the translation of idioms from the two aspects of pragma-linguistic equivalence and social-pragmatic equivalence respectively. |
