| 摘 要： | 校友是高校与社会联系的重要桥梁和纽带，合理有效地开发和利用校友资源，对大学生就业具有指导、服务等方面的作用。阐述了对校友资源的认识和参与就业指导的意义，分析了校友资源对提升大学生就业指导工作水平的积极作用，这将有助于进一步开拓毕业生就业市场。

| Abstract: | Employment is the lifeblood of universities and alumni are an important bridge and link between universities and social ties. Rational and effective development and use of alumni resources can provide career guidance for college students. This paper deals with people＇ s understanding of the alumni resources and the significance of participation in employment guidance and then focuses on analyzing the positive influence of the alumni resources on enhancing students＇ employment, which will improve employment standards, help college graduates explore the job market further and be successful in finding a job. |
