| Abstract: | The building of new campus is an important link in the scientific development of colleges ＆ universities in China and it meets the need for carrying forward the process of popularizing higher education, attracting talent, heightening the actual strength of institutions and improving the quality of personnel training. The construction of new campus should be planned rationally and scientifically and school - running conditions and auxiliary facilities be perfected so as to improve the quality of education and promote scientific research activities, which will bring about tremendous social effects. |
