大学教室文化的离散化及其相关因素分析

摘    要:积极健康的教室文化对大学生的成长与发展有着直接、长期的影响。如今教室文化存在着离散化倾向,教室的文化主调已经从以专业教育、知识传授为中心离散成为各种文化碎片,这些文化碎片以众多的矛盾和冲突形式存在着,构成对专业教学效率和效果的削弱与淡化。对教室文化离散化的相关因素进行分析有助于探索对策,使教室文化朝着健康积极的方向发展。

Abstract:Positive and healthy classroom culture has a direct and long -term impact on college students' growth and development. But now there exists a trend of discreteness in classroom culture. The keynote of classroom culture has changed from professional education and knowledge learning into some smashed pieces of various cultures with numerous contradictions and conflicts which weaken the efficiency and effectiveness of professional teaching. The analysis of the related factors involving the discreteness of classroom culture can contribute to probing countermeasures and guide classroom culture in the direction of healthy development.
