| 摘 要： | 师德建设是教师队伍建设中的一项重要内容.目前高校师德建设还存在着诸多问题,影响了高校的办学质量和教学声誉.基于此,高校应以树立社会主义荣辱观为契机,遵循以人为本的原则,抓好典型示范、基层阵地、党员带动和机制建设.

| Abstract: | The construction of teacher's professional morals is a part of significant importance in the building of the teaching staff.At present,there still exist many problems in this aspect,which has negatively affected the teaching quality and reputation of universities.Consequently,universityshould take it as an opportunity to establish the socialist outlookof honors and disgraces,to observe the human-basedprinciple,tovaluethe demonstration of exemplary teachers,primary position,the leading role of party members and system building. |
