| 摘 要： | 信用缺失导致社会失真 ,这与中国加入 WTO必须奉行公平、诚信的国际贸易准则与精神是相违背的。本文从分析当前信用缺失的心理因素入手 ,提出重建社会诚信制度的对策。

| Abstract: | Credit deficiency leads to social distortion, which violates the international trade principles of equity and credit that must be pursued by China after its WTO entry. Based on the analysis of contemporary psychological factors of credit deficiency, the countermeasures to resume social credit are proposed. |
