蒙昧决策及其防范方略

蒙昧决策是指凭借愚昧、迷信的方式进行的决策活动,是人类最早的决策活动;包括了巫术、拆字、堪舆、占星、占卜、问神、起课、谶谣等基本形式;蒙昧决策体现出神秘性、或然性、主观随意性和经验性的特征;具有预测未来、心理调适、舆论导向等功能;蒙昧决策在当今的流行有其独特表现和多方面的原因。应从三方面防范蒙昧决策:一是坚持无神论立场,二是坚持能动的革命的反映论立场,三是正确看待某些所谓灵验的蒙昧决策。

The Uncivilized Decision and the General Precautionary Plans

The uncivilized decision is the human's earliest decision making by the benighted and superstitious way.It concludes some basic forms,such as witchcraft,glyphomacy,geomantic omen,divining by the Eight Trigrams,astrology,divinity,starting session in divination by tossing coins,prophecies believed to have been fulfilled and so on.And the uncivilized decision reflects the traits of mystery,probability,subjective casualness and empiricism.The uncivilized decision has the functions of forecasting future,harmonizing mind and guiding public opinion.Its current prevalence has its unique manifestation and multiple reasons.We should take precautions against making uncivilized decision in three respects.First,we have to stick to the position of Atheism.Second,we should keep to the stand of the dynamic revolutionary theory of knowledge as the refection of reality.Third,we ought to adopt a correct attitude towards some so-called efficacious uncivilized decision.
