| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the development of food industry and the educational situations of food and engineering at home and abroad.Accordingly,it presents some ideas as to how to reform the teaching system of food and engineering in the light of such eight aspects as widening training objectives and service targets,seeking industrial,academic and research cooperation,cultivating students practical DIY abilities and innovative spirit. |
