摘    要:分析了食品行业的发展及国内外食品科学与工程专业教育的现状,从拓宽专业培养目标和服务对象,开展产学研合作,培养学生实践能力和创新精神等方面入手,进行食品科学与工程专业教学体系改革的探索。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the development of food industry and the educational situations of food and engineering at home and abroad.Accordingly,it presents some ideas as to how to reform the teaching system of food and engineering in the light of such eight aspects as widening training objectives and service targets,seeking industrial,academic and research cooperation,cultivating students practical DIY abilities and innovative spirit.
