| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会的全新命题要求高校要把构建和谐校园作为一项重要任务。构建和谐校园必须正视高校内部客观存在的各种冲突，正确认识高校内部冲突的功能。高校内部冲突具有二重性功能：既有破坏性的一面，又有建设性的一面。我们应科学看待高校内部冲突的功能属性，进而对其进行有效管理，以推动和谐校园构建。

| Abstract: | According to the brand-new proposition of building the socialist harmonious society, it is an important task for university to create a harmonious teaching and learning environment. To achieve this goal, we should take due cognizance of the university internal conflicts and its dual attributes which are both destructive and constructive. Only when scientific analysis was made and effective management were undertaken, should we promote the construction of harmonious campus. |
