| 摘 要： | 新能源汽车产业是当前河北省重点发展的战略性新兴产业之一。河北省新能源汽车产业发展具有一定的基础,也取得了一些成果,但其产业化发展进程中还存在着自主创新能力差、产业集中度低、资金和人才缺乏等问题。应借鉴国内外新能源汽车产业的发展经验,从构建创新发展机制、提高产业集聚度、培育商业模式、强化保障体系等方面,全面促进河北省新能源汽车的产业化发展。

| Abstract: | New energy vehicle industry is one of the current strategic emerging industries which will be developed in Hebei province.The development of new energy vehicle industry has a foundation in Hebei province,also has made some achievements,but there are many problems in the course of its industrialization development.We can reference the development experiences at home and abroad,construct innovation mechanism,improve the degree of industrial concentration,cultivate business model and strengthen security system in order to promote the industrialization of new energy vehicles in our province. |
