| 摘 要： | 21世纪,我国农业已进入了一个新的全面发展的经济转型时期。在这个时期,农业将面临着许多风险。而防范和化解农业风险靠的是掌握了农业科技的人才,农业科技人才是防范和化解农业风险的主体和关键,因此,必须重视农业科技人才在防范和化解农业风险中的作用,并采取得力措施,努力建设高素质的农业科技人才队伍。

| Abstract: | In 21st century, the agriculture of our country already entered a economy period of making the transition of new development in an all - round way. In this period, agriculture will face a lot of risks . The agricultural skilled personnel is subject and key of taking precautions against and dissolve the agricultural risk. However, pay attention to agricultural skilled personnels in taking precautions against and dissolve the functions of agricultural risk, take the capable measure, make great efforts to build the agricultural skilled personnel' s team of high quality. |
