| 摘 要： | 农民工是我国改革开放时代工业化、城市化过程中涌现的一支新型劳动大军,他们作为我国产业工人的一部分为经济和社会发展做出了重要贡献,但在现实生活中他们的权益却得不到有效的保障和维护,这与政府行为的弱化有密切关系。要解决这一问题,需要社会方方面面的共同努力,而最重要的是政府要采取有效措施来强化自己的行为,使农民工的权益切实得到保障。

| Abstract: | Peasant workers are a newly emerged labor army in the process of China's industrialization and urbanization in the reform and opening era.They have made great contribution to the economic and social development, as a part of the industrial labors.But their rights and interests are not well protected in the real life.This is related to the attenuation of the government behavior.To solve this problem,the government must take effective measures to strengthen its behaviors and safeguard the peasant workers' rights conscientiously. |
