| 摘 要： | 随着经济全球化进程的日益加快,社会对复合型日语人才的需求也达到一个新的高度。贵州大学日语系根据社会、企业对日语人才的需求情况,积极开拓海外实习基地,大胆摸索符合贵州省地方经济发展的复合型、应用型人才培养模式,在师资队伍建设、学科建设、人才培养理念等方面探索出一条颇具参考性和可操作性的模式。
