| 摘 要： | 物权法(草案)(二次审议稿)第三章是"物权的保护"制度.从制度设计角度审视之,章名是值得肯定的,但具体制度在物权保护的有效性、物权保护的可操作性、语言表达的准确性以及结构体例的完美性等方面存在着严重的问题,极有对之进行重构的必要.
