江泽民论弱势群体问题

江泽民十分重视解决弱势群体问题,提出了就业是民生之本、扶贫是贯穿社会主义初级阶段全过程的历史任务、残疾人事业是崇高的事业等基本观点;把以人民群众为本、发展成果由全体人民共享以及实现好、发展好、维护好最广大人民群众的根本利益作为解决弱势群体问题的指导方针;解决弱势群体问题对改善民生、实现全面小康社会的目标、构建社会主义和谐社会以及促进人的全面发展等思想。这些思想对解决我国弱势群体问题都具有重要的现实意义。
