大学生职业价值观教育的主体接受机制探析

摘    要:大学生职业价值观教育的主体接受机制是指大学生职业价值观教育各组成要素的结构、功能及运行方式。研究大学生职业价值观教育的主体接受机制,有益于大学生职业价值观教育实践质量与效率的提升。大学生职业价值观教育的主体接受机制包括4个方面:主体需要与自我意识是职业价值观接受的动力机制,认知结构是职业价值观接受的加工机制,非理性因素是职业价值观接受的调节机制,职业体验是职业价值观接受的强化机制。

Abstract:The subject acceptance mechanism of college students’ career value education refers to the structure,function and operation of each component of college students’ career value education.Analysis of the mechanism promotes the efficiency and quality of college students’ work value education practice.The mechanism includes four aspects:The dynamic mechanism of career value acceptance is the subject need and self-awareness.The processing mechanism of career value acceptance is cognition.The regulatory mechanism of career value acceptance is irrational factors.The strengthening mechanism of career value acceptance is the experience of career.
