历史唯物主义视阈下的共享发展理念

十八届五中全会提出的共享发展理念,是建设全面小康社会的重要思想武器,是未来中国社会发展的指南针,是马克思主义中国化的最新理论成果.所谓共享发展是指以人民群众为主体,公平地、全面地、渐进式地享有政治、经济、文化、社会、生态等发展成果.共享发展以历史唯物主义的基本观点为基础,即社会存在决定社会意识,社会意识对社会存在具有反作用,人民群众是历史的创造者,共享发展是社会主义题中应有之义.共享发展理念的提出体现了中国共产党人对时代的准确判断下科学地运用历史唯物主义,是马克思主义中国化新的理论成果.在共享发展理念的指导下,要要在经济建设、社会建设、政治建设、文化建设、生态文明建设和外交等诸多方面做好有效的制度安排,贯彻和落实好共享发展理念,最终使全体人民在共享发展中有更多的收获,提高社会生产力,凝结人民群众力量朝着共同富裕方向前进.
