学术科技活动促进大学生就业能力提升

大学生就业难的主要原因在于大学生就业能力不足,而学术科技活动影响大学生就业能力提升.本文以滁州学院大学生为例,调研学术科技活动对大学生就业能力提升的影响,结果表明学术科技活动促进大学生整体就业能力提升,职业胜任能力提升影响最显著,个人的通用能力提升影响显著,社会适应能力提升影响最低.

Academic and technological activities to promote the employment ability of college students

The main reason for the difficulty of college students employment is the shortage of college students' employment ability,while science and technology activities will influence the improvement of college students' employment ability.This paper takes the students of Chuzhou University as an example,and it investigates the influence of academic and technological activities on the employ ability of college students.The results show that academic and technological activities promotes the overall ability of employment of college students,in which occupational competence effects most significantly,the personal general ability effects significantly,social adaptation ability is effected the least.
